It operates on 4 x 1.5 V AA alkaline batteries or with the included 230 V power supply unit (DC jack plug).

Parent unit features include an intercom function to communicate with the baby, a vibration alarm, an illuminated LCD display, a programmable multilingual menu (10 languages), an optical noise level indicator (5 levels: 3 green, 2 red), adjustable reception volume (5 levels and off), a battery indicator (LED light signal), and a warning when the range is exceeded (LED light signal). It allows adjustment and control of 5 lullabies and the night light, operating on 2 x rechargeable AAA 750mAH NiMH batteries or via the 230 V power supply unit (DC jack plug) with charging function (both included).
