Cooking at the table is becoming increasingly popular in Germany. Meanwhile, the slow release of heat from the stone gently cooks the inside of the food, preserving the flavors and significantly reducing the risk of overcooking. Cooking with a hot stone is simple and requires minimal preparation. All that needs to be done is to preheat the stone in the oven at 230 - 250°C for about 30-60 minutes (depending on the thickness of the stone). After that, the stone is placed on the designated serving plate, and you're ready to go. You can practically prepare anything on the hot stone according to your taste, whether it's meat, fish, or vegetables. The color of the wooden board may vary.
