Nice Motion-Control

The FIBARO Motion-Control is a multifunctional wireless sensor that detects motion, temperature, and light intensity. This advanced device also recognizes changes in position and attempts to tamper with the external casing. Powered by a CR123A 3.0 V DC battery included in the package, the Motion-Control offers radio frequency updates and adjustable sensitivity to meet individual requirements. An integrated LED display provides visual feedback for detected movements and temperature fluctuations. The sensor features a Z-Wave operating test function for system verification. Installation is straightforward and versatile, with a universal mounting base for walls, ceilings, or any surfaces. The recommended installation height is 2.4 meters. Within an operating temperature range of 0 to 40 degrees Celsius, the sensor measures temperatures from -20 to +100 degrees Celsius with an accuracy of 0.5 degrees Celsius in the range of 0 to 40 degrees. The light intensity measurement ranges from 0 to 32,000 LUX. Using the Z-Wave 500 Series protocol, the device operates at radio frequencies of 868.4 or 869.8 MHz for the EU market, 908.4, 908.42, or 916.0 MHz for the USA, 921.4 or 919.8 MHz for Australia and New Zealand, and 869.0 MHz for Russia. The wireless range extends up to 40 meters, depending on the building structure. The compact dimensions are 56 mm x 56 mm x 58.5 mm. Compliant with EU directives RED 2014/53/EU and RoHS 2011/65/EU, this sensor provides reliable monitoring functions for smart home and security applications.
