Product details

The FIBERFOX 4CH cable connector is a hermaphroditic multimode connector with an extended beam path, suitable for a variety of applications including lighting, networking, sound reinforcement, video, broadcasting, defense and government, railways, and petrochemicals. Its innovative design allows for use in the most challenging environments where consistent performance and absolute reliability are critical. The connector is constructed according to the MIL-DTL-83526 standard and is compatible with all other connectors adhering to this standard. Thanks to the expanded beam technology and precise optical alignment, the system offers high immunity to dust, mud, liquids, and other contaminants. The hermaphroditic FIBERFOX coupling eliminates the need for adapters as well as female and male connector halves. The cable connector is delivered pre-assembled and is not available as a separate part. The finished cable is available in standardized lengths and is packaged either on a reel or in an air spool.
