Netgear Xs505m

The XS505M is equipped with copper Ethernet ports that provide either Fast Ethernet, 1-Gigabit, 2.5-Gigabit, 5-Gigabit, or 10-Gigabit connectivity. Additionally, there is an SFP+ fiber port available with 1-Gigabit or 10-Gigabit connectivity. Each port automatically detects the speed required by the connected device and delivers the appropriate speed. Unlike standard 10-Gigabit switches that only provide 1-Gigabit connectivity for any device needing less than 10 Gigabits, the XS505M delivers exactly the required speed without any downgrade. The new Netgear Multi-Speed Switch ports can also be connected using regular Cat5E Ethernet cables, eliminating the need to upgrade existing cables to Cat6. This avoids costs and effort associated with new cabling.
