This sensor detects whether doors or windows are open or closed and sends data to your Nedis SmartLife application. A Nedis Zigbee gateway is required for this. This allows you to automate many tasks, such as receiving notifications when someone is in your home. Additionally, you can set reminders if a door or window has been left open.

By combining this sensor with other products in the Nedis SmartLife application, you can trigger additional Nedis SmartLife products when a door opens or turn off heating or air conditioning when the door is opened. Thanks to its compact size and the included battery with a lifespan of up to one year (with six activations per day), you can place the sensor anywhere (within a range of approximately 30 m from the Zigbee gateway).
