This alarm system is activated by entering a four-digit PIN code on the keypad located on the front of the device. The system has three operating modes. The alarm mode is available in two settings.

1. Normally, the alarm system is in "Away" mode, which means that an entry and exit delay is activated.
2. It is also possible to switch the alarm system to "Home" mode. In this mode, it activates a 15-second exit delay and a 0-second entry delay.
3. In "Sound" mode, an alarm sound is triggered immediately when the alarm is activated.

Additionally, activating the panic mode will immediately sound a loud alarm to attract attention. "Panic" can be activated while the alarm system is in "Sound," "Away," "Home" mode, or even when it is turned off.

The alarm system is powered by 3 LR03 (AAA) alkaline batteries and features an optional AC/DC adapter connection for a 2.5mm mono jack plug (4.5 V DC) to ensure that the power supply is never interrupted.
