The PS OKI-78SR series from Murata is based on a single SIP module with inline housing and dimensions of 10.4 x 16.5 mm. These DC/DC converters are non-isolated switch-mode regulators for embedded applications. Two rated voltages are available, each with a maximum output current of 1.5 A. Based on a fixed frequency buck regulator topology, the high efficiency ensures low heat generation and minimal electrical noise, with no external components required. The extremely wide input voltage range is from 7 to 36 V dc. Protection features include short-circuit current limiting. The OKI-78SR switch-mode regulator is designed to meet all standards and certification requirements. The regulations for hazardous materials according to RoHS-6 (lead-free) are met as standard.
