In his bright, inviting studio in Wiesbaden, artist Eberhard Münch is in his element: he immerses himself in a world full of colors, shapes, light, and dynamism. Concentrated and with a lively brushstroke, he works on his radiant artworks. His interest in painting has accompanied him for as long as he can remember. From 1983 to 1987, he studied mural painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg, and for three decades he has been working as a freelance artist—taking on numerous commissions both domestically and internationally. In recent years, he has illustrated books with texts by Margot Kässmann, Notker Wolf, Father Anselm Grün, and Pope Francis.
