The Morgana AutoCreaser Pro XW is an easy-to-operate, fully automatic creasing system with a flat pile feeder, capable of handling up to 16 creasing positions per sheet. It features a bottom-mounted suction air feeder for constant feeding without interrupting operation. The intuitive 7-inch SmartScreen allows for simple operation; just enter the sheet length (common sizes are preset), select the fold type, and press the start button. The AutoCreaser Pro XW automatically calculates the necessary crease positions and sets them accordingly. Fine corrections can be made easily by touching an arrow in the appropriate direction.

An alphanumeric job memory allows for an unlimited number of jobs to be stored and named, making job recall much easier as you can use your own job names and numbers for storage.

Perforation options include standard linear perforation, with the option to equip the machine for cross and partial perforation up to a maximum width of 500 mm. This enables the production of a wide range of perforated products, including tear-off cartons and tickets.

The machine is equipped with the Morgana EasyBlade system, allowing for easy removal and changeover without tools. The quick release mechanism facilitates the removal or change of lines, which is particularly useful when switching between perforation and creasing jobs, and can now be done in less than 30 seconds without tools.
