With support for the new 802.11ac Wi-Fi standard, the NetMETAL allows data rates of up to 1.3 Gbps (for the T models), 256-QAM modulation, and 220/40/80 MHz channels. With its enormous speed improvements, 802.11ac opens up entirely new possibilities.

The NetMETAL is a completely new product housed in a waterproof casing. Its solid construction is designed to withstand the toughest conditions, yet it is easy to handle and can be opened and closed with one hand. The robust aluminum housing also serves as a reliable heatsink for its high-output radio module.

All RB922 models feature a miniPCIe slot for an additional Wi-Fi card.
