Easy operation thanks to SmartSelect

Power levels and times can be selected particularly quickly and intuitively with this control. Each cooking zone has a yellow illuminated number series, ensuring high readability from any angle. Timer settings are even more convenient to adjust due to the separate selection of the timer and automatic shut-off, as well as the three-digit display.

A real convenience

Glass-ceramics are very easy to clean. Thanks to the smooth surface, splashes and other dirt can be quickly and easily removed. This is especially simple with induction cooktops, as the surface remains relatively cool and little can burn onto it.

If there is no cookware on the induction electric cooktop or if the pot is unsuitable, the energy supply is interrupted or not initiated at all.

Absolutely safe

Miele cooktops feature a residual heat indicator for each cooking zone. It reminds you not to touch the still-hot cooking zone or place heat-sensitive items there. Additionally, it allows you to utilize residual heat effectively to save energy.

Better safe than sorry

For each power level, a maximum operating duration is defined. If a cooking zone is heated at a constant power level for an unusually long period, it will automatically shut off.
