The UAEmodul 8(8) socket Cat.5 130908-I from Metz is an unshielded network module designed for use in Gigabit Ethernet applications. It meets the requirements of Class D according to ISO/IEC 11801 Ed.2.2:2011-06 and DIN EN 50173-1:2011-09. This module is particularly suitable for Power over Ethernet (PoE, PoE plus, and UPoE), making it a flexible solution for modern network infrastructures. The connection of 2- to 4-pair data cables is simple and efficient via the BTR 8-way IDC cutting terminals, ensuring ease of installation. Additionally, strain relief with cable ties allows for secure installation. The color coding of the wires follows the T568A and T568B standards, facilitating integration into existing systems.
