MOVIT® multifunctional gym ball "DYNAMIC BALL": suitable for fitness, Pilates, yoga, gymnastics, aerobics, abdominal and back training, pregnancy exercise, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and as a back-friendly seating option. Overview of the gym ball:
Material: The tested gym balls are made from burst-resistant anti-burst material and can support up to 500 kg. The balls are available in seven different colors (Silver, Blue, Pink, Black, Red, Purple, Orange).

Sizes: The MOVIT "DYNAMIC BALL" is available in the following sizes: 55, 65, 75, and 85 cm. When using the ball as a seating option, it is recommended to choose based on body height as follows: 156-165 cm = 55 cm, 166-178 cm = 65 cm, 178-188 cm = 75 cm, and over 188 cm = 85 cm.

Foot pump: The included foot pump allows the ball to be inflated faster and more conveniently than with a standard hand pump. The ball's valve can be adjusted individually until the desired internal air pressure is reached.
