The UD7007 offers this versatility because it is not just a Blu-ray and DVD player, but the device is also DLNA 1.5 certified and even allows online access to video-on-demand services like Netflix and YouTube Leanback. To ensure the best possible quality of analog stereo audio from CDs and SACDs, the player is equipped with HDAM audio modules.
Additionally, the device features a separate audio board built with selected components. You also have the option of choosing between an XLR and a RCA audio output. The high-quality and fast loading mechanism is shielded by an aluminum top cover and a steel chassis on the bottom. The housing is also extremely torsionally rigid, and an additional bottom plate provides the device with particularly high stability. The electronics are divided into five sections to minimize interference and maximize audio-video quality. The two HDMI outputs with 3D support optimize flexibility in setup and performance in fine-tuning. As with all other Marantz players, however, the excellent music playback is paramount. Therefore, it will not surprise you that this device features a Pure Direct mode to achieve the best possible quality from CDs and even SACDs.

Der Marantz ist ein sehr hochwertiger und vielseitiger Player, dessen Bild- und Tonqualität exzellent sind. Die Bilder werden von nahezu allen Quellen perfekt wiedergegeben und auch die Verarbeitung des Gerätes bewegt sich auf sehr hohem Niveau. Ein wahrer Alleskönner im Bereich der Wiedergabe.
Mit seiner Ausstattung und dem exzellenten Klang ist der Marantz ein guter Begleiter für Musikgenießer und die Anschlussvielfalt ist so groß, dass alle Arten von externen Gerätschaften ohne Probleme mit dem Marantz in Verbindung treten können. Der Preis ist zwar etwas höher aber für die Leistung absolut fair.
