Makita Cordless Vacuum Robot 18 V - DRC200Z

The DRC200Z from Makita is an intelligent robotic vacuum designed for industrial use, capable of automatically vacuuming and sweeping warehouses, offices, shops, or factories. The vacuum robot impresses with its long operating time. It can be powered by either one 18.0 V or two 18.0 V Li-Ion batteries from Makita. Using a second battery extends the operating time accordingly. With two 5Ah / 18 V (BL1850) batteries, the vacuum robot achieves a runtime of up to 200 minutes and can clean an area of up to 500 m².

With the remote control, you can select the runtime of the vacuum robot using the timer function. All settings can be made on the device or via the remote control. It is also possible to define the area to be cleaned using the included special tape. For example, you can specify where the vacuum robot should not go. A total of six infrared sensors ensure that the robot detects stairs and depressions. In addition to the infrared sensors, there are also two wheel sensors. These automatically shut off the device if the robot is picked up by a person during operation or if it gets stuck on an obstacle.

Many Adjustment Options

The settings of the vacuum robot can be adjusted directly on the device or via the remote control. Among other things, you can predefine whether the vacuum robot should operate for a total of 1, 3, or 5 hours. Additionally, you can choose between a random mode or a customizable vacuum pattern. The acoustic signals can also be turned on or off, and there is a battery capacity indicator for both batteries. The remote control also features a beeper button to locate the device.
