Loctite 480 second adhesive is designed for applications where uniform stress distribution and high tensile and shear strength are required. This impact-resistant modified adhesive features increased flexibility and is resistant to impact loads. It also offers good moisture resistance and achieves fast bonds with a wide range of materials, making it suitable for bonding difficult materials such as metals, plastics, and rubber. The curing time is slow, approximately 20-50 seconds.
