Product details

Wirewin® Category 6A patch cables comply with the values according to ISO/IEC 11801 Ed.2, enabling data transmission of up to 10 GBit/s. The Category 6A is specified at 500 MHz. The cable for these patch cables is double-shielded. Each pair is enclosed in its own foil shielding, and there is an additional braided shield on top of that. This construction is often referred to as PIMF (Pairs in Metal Foil) or S/FTP. The jacket of these cables is made from halogen-free material, making it flame retardant. Yellow Category 6A RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts are encased in a special Wirewin® strain relief sleeve to protect the plug while allowing for easy pressing of the connector. A length marking is located on the underside of the sleeve. All Wirewin® KAT6A patch cables come with a lifetime warranty.
