Lightwin Media Converter: 1000Base-BX, Tx: 1310nm, Rx: 1550. Singlemode simplex up to 20 km, SC connector. Converts a singlemode fiber up to 20 kilometers with an SC connection into an RJ45 1 Gbps LAN connection. Advantage of WDM: Only one fiber is needed. Two different devices are required for transmitter/receiver, or the provider already transmits with a compatible counterpart.
