Singlemode E2000/APC-ST Simplex OS2 1 m. Cable length: 1 m. Fiber quality: OS2. Simplex. Connectors: E2000/APC - ST. The E2000 connector is suitable for both single-mode and multimode fibers and is characterized by its high data throughput. A unique feature of the E2000 connector is a small flap that protects the user from emitted laser beams and the fiber end from dirt and damage. APC - Angled Physical Contact. For connectors with the APC designation, the end face is not only convex but also tilted a few degrees relative to the fiber axis. This design allows reflected light from the core to be refracted out into the air through the cladding, thereby preventing interference with data transmission.
