That's not covered: uninterrupted or error-free operation of the product or service; loss or corruption of your data; software programs, whether included or subsequently installed; failure or damage resulting from improper use, misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operational environments, natural disasters, power surges, improper maintenance, or use in violation of product information; damage caused by a non-authorized service provider; failure of or damage caused by third-party products, including those supplied or incorporated into the Lenovo product at your request; products or parts of a Lenovo or non-Lenovo product with an altered label or without a label; or any pre-existing defects in the product that occurred on or before the date of this agreement.
