If an issue cannot be resolved by phone, Lenovo covers shipping costs, including packaging, to and from our repair facilities.

With Customer Carry-In Service, customers deliver their PC to a designated service center for repair or exchange. After the product has been repaired or exchanged, customers collect their PC from the repair center.
