Service hours from Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM (CET) with an initial response time of a maximum of four hours for issues other than severe operational disruptions (Priority 2). Security updates for reliable and secure device operation during the service period. Available for 1, 3, or 5 years and offered in S, M, L, and XL variants depending on device type, extendable until the end of the device's life through re-registration.
