The LANCOM 1783VA-4G features an integrated, vectoring-capable VDSL2/ADSL2+ modem. Additionally, it includes an LTE modem for fast mobile access with speeds of up to 100 MBit/s. The device offers intelligent backup scenarios as an alternative to wired internet connections.

The router natively supports 5 IPSec VPN channels (optional 25) as well as network virtualization. This makes it ideal for securely connecting headquarters, branches, locations, and home offices of small, medium, and large enterprises.

The LANCOM 1783VA-4G is All-IP capable and has two ISDN and two analog interfaces. This allows ISDN PBXs with two S0 ports, as well as multiple ISDN and two analog phones or fax machines, to be directly connected to the router and operated within the All-IP network. The device supports ISDN clear mode, enabling the continued use of ISDN data terminals for EC or credit card payments, as well as remote maintenance of existing ISDN PBXs.

Together with the LANCOM Battery Pack, expected to be available in May, the LANCOM 1783VA-4G is the ideal combination for securing critical applications. This emergency power supply ensures network operation and the functionality of alarm systems during power outages, while maintaining the operation of connected analog phones or alarm systems.
