A clear advantage for grill masters: the BBQ ADVANTAGE chicken griller from KÜCHENPROFI. With it, juicy chickens turn out perfectly - in the oven or in the large kettle grill. For fat-free frying and an all-round crispy result. The chicken sits enthroned on the stainless steel container and roasts ideally at 180° C or until a core temperature of approx. 80-85 ° C is reached. Any fat that escapes is collected. To individually flavor your magnificent poultry, fill the container with beer, white or red wine and brush the chicken with a marinade. Tip: Seal the neck so that the liquid does not evaporate but releases its flavor to the meat.
