Industry 4.0: Data and control command exchange can occur via the KERN Universal Port through a connection on the housing or via the KUP Extension Box with three interfaces in parallel. The following interfaces are optionally available: RS-232, USB, Ethernet, WLAN, Bluetooth. Each interface can be configured separately, e.g.: Interface 1 (WLAN): Continuous sending to a PC for documenting a process; Interface 2 (RS-232): Printing stable weight values; Interface 3 (Analog module): Controlling a device upon reaching the target weight. Equipped with a standard Real Time Clock: Allows weighing results to be logged with precise time stamps. Even after a power interruption, the scale can continue to operate with the correct time. Optional with an alibi memory for paperless archiving of weighing results, enabling compliant electronic evaluation and further processing of legally required weighings. Querying and remote control of the scale via computer or CRM/ERP systems using the KERN Communication Protocol. Simplified battery replacement through an easily accessible housing, especially advantageous for models with optional calibration, as the calibration seal remains intact. Platform: Stainless steel weighing plate, painted steel base, silicone-coated aluminum load cell with dust and splash protection IP65. Table foot including wall mount for the evaluation device is standard. Safety cover included in delivery.
