Thanks to interfaces such as RS-232 or USB, WLAN, Bluetooth, Ethernet (optional), the scale can be easily integrated into existing networks, facilitating data exchange between the scale and PC or printer. Querying and remote control of the scale via external control devices or computers using the KERN Communication Protocol (KCP). The KCP is a standardized interface command set for KERN scales and other instruments, allowing retrieval and control of all relevant parameters and device functions. KERN devices with KCP can thus be easily connected to computers, industrial controls, and other digital systems. The KCP protocol is largely compatible with the MT-SICS protocol.
