With this highly accurate counting system KERN CCS, a wide range of individual scales can be replaced cost-effectively and efficiently. The reference scale KERN CFS 3K-5 is a professional counting scale that meets the highest accuracy demands when connected to a high-capacity weighing bridge. It is programmable via the keypad for the desired reference piece count and the known reference weight.

Three displays show weight, reference weight, and total piece count. There is also a memory (PLU) for items with additional text, reference weight, and tare weight, such as that of a container. The fill-to-target function allows for the programming of the target piece count or target weight. Achieving the target value is indicated by an acoustic and visual signal.

The automatic reference optimization gradually improves the average value of the piece weight, enabling precise counting. A safety cover is included in the delivery. The KERN KFP-V20 IP65 counting scale allows for precise piece counting on the weighing platform, enabling even the smallest counting parts to be counted in large quantities. The weighing plate is made of stainless steel, while the base is made of painted steel. The aluminum single-point load cell has a capacity of 1×3000 e and offers dust and splash protection according to IP65.
