With this highly accurate KERN CCA counting system, a wide range of individual scales can be replaced cost-effectively and efficiently. Thanks to the optional verification, it is also suitable for use in legal-for-trade applications. The balances are connected to each other with an RS-232 Y-cable, which offers the option of additionally connecting a printer.

KERN EWJ reference balance: This precision balance, which can also be used individually, fulfills even the highest accuracy requirements by connecting a heavy-duty platform. Internal automatic adjustment, time-controlled every 2 hours, guarantees high accuracy and makes the balance location-independent. A draft shield is included as standard. The weighing chamber dimensions are 134×128×80 mm, and a protective cover is included in the scope of delivery.

KERN IFS quantity scale: The IFS weighing platform is used to count quantities with high precision, meaning that even the smallest counted parts can be counted in large quantities. It is a heavy-duty industrial standard suitable for rough use. The ergonomic evaluation unit features a large keypad and high-contrast LCD displays for easy input and reading, such as tare values and reference values. It has three displays for weight display, reference weight, and total quantity.

The system includes 100 article memory locations for master data such as reference weight, reference quantity, and container weight (tare deduction). Accurate counting is achieved through manual reference optimization, which gradually improves the average value of the part weight. It also allows for the summation of counted parts and provides printouts of date and time. The aluminium single-point load cell (1×3000 e) has dust and splash water protection rated IP65. A protective cover over the evaluation unit is included in the scope of delivery.
