Professional strapping set with a powerful tensioning device, mobile strapping dispenser, phosphated metal clips, and polyester composite strapping with a width of 25 mm. This polyester power band is designed for the highest demands, providing optimal protection and ease of use. It is characterized by exceptional stability, flexibility, and closure strength.
The additional plastic coating makes the composite straps weatherproof and resistant to sharp edges. The phosphated metal clips enhance the closure strength and provide a particularly secure hold. The set includes a tensioner for strapping widths of 16-19 mm or 25 mm, a mobile dispenser for rolls up to 150 mm wide and core diameters of 200, 280, or 406 mm, a roll of polyester composite strap with a core diameter of 200 mm, and phosphated metal clips available in packaging units of 1000 pieces for 16 or 19 mm or 500 pieces for 25 mm. All components can be ordered separately.
The polyester power band has a very high breaking strength, low strap elongation, and is available in closure types as metal buckles or sleeves. It is soft, elastic, and weather-resistant, making it suitable for transport protection of all kinds, including pallets as well as heavy or bulky goods.
