AirWave® Paper Air Cushion Film terra, brown, length 200 m, dimensions 420 x 150 mm. Climate neutral. 100% biodegradable. Pre-perforated for easy separation of the cushions. Suitable for cushioning, filling voids, and securing products. Film composition: Paper/Natural adhesive/100% biodegradable, starch-based sealing layer.

The eco-friendly choice for optimal product protection: Paper-coated film roll for the AirWave® air cushion machine. Designed for the easy creation of protective air cushion bags. The film is delivered on a roll, saving valuable storage space, as it is only inflated with air at the machine. Disposal should be carried out in accordance with local regulations for paper and biodegradable plastics, such as through home composting or organic waste bins.

The AirWave® Paper Air Cushion Film is fully biodegradable according to DIN V 54900-2. It combines the advantages of paper filling and air cushion film. The paper filling is complemented with air, reducing material usage by approximately 95 - 99%. The film consists of about 85% recycled paper and a starch blend (potato/corn starch) laminated on the paper as a sealing layer. The ultra-thin sealing layer is made from a starch-based biodegradable, compostable biofilm. It is bonded to the paper layer with natural adhesive.
