Juniper EX Series EX2300-C-12T

The EX2300 and EX2300-C Ethernet switches are a compact, cost-effective solution with high density for small network environments where space and performance are critical. With a space requirement of just 1U, the EX2300 and EX2300-C Ethernet switches are ideal for access layer deployments in small branch offices, retail, and workgroup environments, as well as for converged network access in larger networks.

The EX2300 features 24 10/100/1000BASE-T ports on a single platform, while the EX2300-C has 12 10/100/1000BASE-T ports. Both models are available with or without IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE) or 802.3at PoE+ to support connected network devices. Optional 10-GbE uplink ports on the front support connections to higher-layer devices.

Both models support Juniper's unique Virtual Chassis technology, allowing up to four switches to be interconnected and managed as a single device. They can also function as satellite devices in a Junos Fusion Enterprise deployment from Juniper, where a variety of access switches are combined into a logical management platform.
