The EIB wind sensor WS10W from JUNG is a highly advanced sensor specifically designed for the precise measurement of weather data. It captures horizontal wind speed and provides reliable evaluation of sensor signals through additional electronics, such as an analog input. The sensor is suitable for vertical mounting outdoors and can be easily installed on house walls, with a mounting bracket included in the package. With its IP65 protection rating, the wind sensor is optimally protected against the ingress of water and dust, making it ideal for outdoor use. The operation of the sensor is maintenance-free and does not require additional power supply, simplifying installation and use. To avoid dew and condensation, a separate power supply can be used for heating.
