The compact controller is part of a series of controllers that can be used universally and in various DIN formats for regulating temperature, pressure, or flow, for example. It is suitable for front panel installation. The controllers feature a simple, clearly structured operation supported by text. Process values and parameters are displayed on two 18-segment LCD screens. Additionally, the model includes individual display elements for the switching positions of the outputs, as well as for manual operation, ramp function, and timer. The controller also has a self-optimization function and a program controller. Functions such as limit monitoring, digital control signals, and a service counter complete the controller's capabilities. With the help of the setup program (including program editor and ST editor), the controller can be comfortably configured with a PC. During configuration via the USB interface, no separate power supply is required (USB-powered). Operation is carried out via a membrane keyboard with four buttons, and it can also be used in harsh environmental conditions due to its high protection class IP65. Depending on the hardware version, the device can be used as a two-point controller, three-point controller, three-point step controller, or continuous controller. The PID controller features a universal input, two relay outputs (normally open), a digital input, and a digital input/output. The power supply range is AC 110 to 240 V, 48 to 63 Hz.
