The InLine Network Media Converter 10/100/1000Mb/s TP to SFP Fiber Optic (for LC Duplex), SM, 20km is designed for cost-effective migration or expansion of existing networks. The converter complies with various IEEE 802.3 Ethernet standards and features an RJ45 10/100/1000Base-T port as well as a fiber optic LC Duplex module slot. It provides fiber optic connections to distant network segments and is also excellent for connecting buildings. With this converter, it is possible to link optical networks over distances of up to 20km by directly connecting both devices via fiber optic. System administrators can deploy the converters anywhere in the network without making changes to the existing cabling structure. Its compact size allows for placement in any desktop environment.
