Product details

The ACT industrial sensor cables (actor cables) feature a TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) sheath, making them highly resistant to mechanical loads, such as movements in a chain. The connectors are overmoulded with TPE, and the degree of protection is IP67. The superflex SF/UTP cable has individual cores made up of 28 strands of copper, resulting in a diameter of AWG26. This design provides greater flexibility compared to a standard AWG24/7 patch cable. Stranded conductors consist of uninsulated thin strands of wire twisted together; the greater the number of strands in a stranded conductor, the greater the flexibility of the wire.
