With the ID500. The ID500 time tracking system impresses with its simplicity and delivers on its promises. It autonomously records time. No matter which operating system you are using, you can legally track your employees' working hours from anywhere and submit them for payroll processing. Installing software is not necessary. All you need is an email address and a spreadsheet program, such as Microsoft Excel.

Minute-accurate time tracking. The use of chip cards allows for minute-accurate recording and documentation of your employees' working hours. This forms the basis for efficient payroll processing and complies with the legal recording requirements according to MiLoG.

Expandable at any time. The starter kit includes 5, 15, or 25 ID cards or tokens. However, the ID500 can be expanded at any time in increments of 10, accommodating up to 250 employees. This system is suitable for both larger and smaller companies.

Operating system independent. It couldn't be easier. Regardless of which operating system you use (Windows, Mac, Linux...), the ID500 can be deployed immediately without additional software installation. All you need is an email address and a spreadsheet program, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Automated reports. The terminal autonomously provides daily, weekly, and monthly reports via email. It automatically detects booking errors, which can then be corrected. This simplifies the transfer of data to the tax advisor.

State-of-the-art features. The ID500 operates via a Wi-Fi connection. The terminal is equipped with a touchscreen to make operation as easy as possible.

Photo function. When logging in and out, the terminal takes a photo. This makes it even easier to recognize and record employees.
