Professional lever slicer with a 580 mm cutting length. Regrindable blade set made from Solingen knife steel. Transparent guard made of shatterproof plastic; the automatic blade guard raises and lowers with the blade movement. Solid hand lever press for individually adjustable pressing pressure. Side stop with measuring scale in mm/inch. Infinitely adjustable back gauge with locking screw. Paper sizes from A3 to A6 and various angle markings printed on the cutting table. Particularly stable cast aluminium blade bearing and double-bearing blade axis for precise cuts. Robust all-metal construction. Rubber feet for stability. Brand quality made in Germany. GS test seal for tested safety.
