The SPS safety package includes a patented, electronically controlled safety flap in the feed opening as an additional safety element. Additionally, there is the multifunctional control element EASY-SWITCH with integrated operator guidance through color signals and light symbols. The automatic reverse function with automatic shut-off prevents paper jams, as does the shut-off function when the collection container is full. The device also features an electronic door lock via a magnetic switch and dual motor protection.
