Ultrasonic cleaner WAS 20.100, pH value 13.5.

This liquid concentrate is based on an aqueous solution for efficient and cost-saving dosing. It is highly effective due to its carefully balanced active ingredients. Suitable for use in all standard ultrasonic cleaning systems made of stainless steel, it is gentle on materials and can clean aluminium components and sensitive surfaces or equipment. It is demulsifying, making it suitable for oil separators and providing a longer service life. The treated components can be easily galvanised or painted after cleaning.

For ultrasonic cleaning (immersion process), use at a concentration of 3-5%. The application temperature should be from 40 °C.

This effective, alkaline industrial cleaning concentrate is designed for use in ultrasonic cleaning processes and other cleaning applications. It allows for gentle and thorough cleaning of even the most stubborn dirt by penetrating hard-to-reach spots. It effectively removes various types of dirt, including greases, oils, cooling lubricants, waxes, lapping, polishing and grinding agent residues, metal abrasion/chips, severe carbonisation, pigment residue, soot and graphite, oil carbons, animal and vegetable oils, corrosion protection oils, adhesive residue (labels), emulsifiers, lubricant components, bitumen, and asphalt.
