The HPE HSR6800 router series consists of high-performance multi-service routers for data center connections, the core of enterprise WANs, campus WAN periphery, and high-speed WAN aggregation services. The routers run on the Comware operating system and are based on an advanced, distributed multi-core hardware architecture for service processing, supporting a forwarding capacity of up to 420 Mpps and a switching capacity of up to 2 Tbps. The router offers stable routing, multicast, MPLS, IPv6, security, Quality of Service, carrier-class high availability features, and high-density 10 GbE and 1 GbE interface connections.
