Aruba Wireless Location Beacons utilize Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology for indoor location tracking and navigation, as well as proximity-based push notifications for businesses, stadiums, hospitals, and other public spaces. The ability to customize the positioning of the beacons ensures an extremely pleasant customer experience. These small, low-energy wireless transmitters emit radio signals at regular intervals. These signals can be received and interpreted by iOS and Android devices equipped with Aruba's Meridian-controlled mobile applications and those of our Meridian Engage app development partners. Aruba APs with integrated Aruba beacons allow you to manage our standalone beacons, which have a battery life of four years.
