It provides enterprise-class service quality and security, HP Intelligent Resilient Framework (IRF) stacking, Layer 3 static routing and RIP, convenient fixed 10GbE uplink ports, PoE+, ACLs, IPv6, and energy-efficient options with Energy Efficient Ethernet. The HP 5130 EI Switch Series can be managed with the HP Intelligent Management Center (IMC), which provides a centralized overview of the entire network.

Standards-based switches range from simple plug-and-play switches to fully managed, high-performance switches that support bandwidth-intensive applications such as video. They are energy-efficient, and many offer a comprehensive lifetime warranty.
