In most cases, B-grade products show more significant signs of use and scratches on the casing, and for laptops, there may be pressure marks or small scratches on the display. In normal working conditions, such as with the display turned on, these flaws are not visible or only very minimally so.

Each system unit is securely packaged in an orange retail box that is both transport-safe and sales-promoting. The PC packaging consists of an outer box in tecXL design, along with several inner cartons that separately package the PC system, cables, and accessories. This packaging solution has been specifically developed for refurbished products. For easy identification, the serial and article numbers, as well as the tecXL production date of the device, are located on the outside of the box.
