UL-approved component, CSA approval. Bimetal thermostat. Snap-in bimetal disc serves as a one-pole change-over contact, which is electrically isolated from the retaining bracket. All versions reset when the temperature drops to 15°C below operating temperature. Phenolic resin housing with stainless steel end cap. 1/4 in. tab terminal. The contacts are rated at 250 V ac, 10 A, with a maximum contact resistance of 50 ohms. Dielectric strength: 2,000 V ac. Normally closed versions open when temperature rises. Normally open versions close when temperature rises.
