Hikvision Thermographic Thermal &
2688 x 1520 pixelsProduct details
The two most common challenges in property protection are false alarms and poor image quality in difficult lighting conditions. Since an uncooled FPA sensor (Focal Plane Array) detects thermal radiation instead of visible light, thermal cameras can perceive objects and scenes in virtually all weather and lighting conditions.
Hikvision's thermal cameras for security applications are equipped with state-of-the-art thermal detectors that enable excellent and highly efficient image processing performance. They are therefore ideal for round-the-clock perimeter protection. Hikvision's security thermal cameras offer the following advantages:
Excellent image stability
The cameras provide stable video quality around the clock, regardless of environmental factors such as lack of light, bright light, backlighting, shadows, fog, smog, and rain.
High alarm accuracy
They ensure highly effective detection for line crossing, intrusion, entry, or exit. With the help of integrated graphics processors (GPUs), deep learning algorithms can reduce false alarms in property protection applications both indoors and outdoors, triggered by objects other than vehicles or people.
Enhanced imaging
Hikvision's thermal cameras for security applications are also equipped with multispectral image fusion technology, which enhances thermal images with optical images for better detail fidelity and makes hidden objects more recognizable when examining unusual occurrences. The dual-module design saves the costs of installing separate thermal and optical cameras.
