Based on the original analog transmission media, the HDTVI standard allows for the transmission of HD video over a coax-based system over longer distances with greater reliability. Hikvision is the first provider to introduce H.265+ high-performance encoding for DVRs, significantly reducing the bandwidth and storage requirements for HD videos. Hikvision is also the first to utilize deep learning algorithms through AcuSense technology to enhance alarm efficiency. With Turbo HD, Hikvision raises the bar for HD-over-coaxial solutions by offering better image quality and more intelligent features to the analog world.
Hikvision's Turbo HD DVRs are divided into five main series, each offering different features and capabilities: Ultra, Pro, Value, AcuSense, and Special.
