HG Activator – The Curing Accelerator for Professionals

Industrial adhesives bond very efficiently due to complete exclusion of oxygen, which is achieved through contact pressure. However, certain materials such as porcelain, stone, tiles, wood, or ceramics often require several hours to fully cure when bonded without granules. Alternatively, there may be very porous, tiny, or two mismatched surfaces that do not allow for contact pressure to be applied. In these cases, the HG Activator enables exceptionally fast bonding. Our curing accelerator is specifically tailored to our HG industrial adhesive. After just a few seconds, the break point is securely bonded.

1. Application of the Activator and Industrial Adhesive
The curing accelerator is applied to only one side of the break point. The surface simply needs to be wetted with a fine layer of the liquid. The HG industrial adhesive is then applied to the second side of the break point.

2. Application of the Industrial Adhesive
Next, the two objects are joined together. After just a few seconds, the break point is securely bonded.
