Motor air-cooled with overheating protection. High performance motor for slicing sausage products. The slicer is equipped with blade guard and integrated blade sharpener. With protective cover as well as with remnant holder and vertical lock. Possibility of quick and easy disassembly for cleaning. The device complies with all safety requirements for devices for commercial use, i.e.: - By setting the rotary handle to cutting width '0", the knife is kept behind its protection. The slicer is secured against operation after removing the knife sharpener or the axle guard. - The device can be locked and removed only when the knife is set to cutting width '0". Not suitable for cutting cheese. For cutting cheese, the separately available Teflon-coated blades are required. Blade diameter: 250 mm. Infinitely adjustable cutting thickness up to 15 mm. Maximum cutting diameter: 180 mm. Manufactured in a special red glossy coating.
