Includes a protective cover as well as a food holder and vertical lock. Quick and easy disassembly for cleaning is possible. The device meets all safety requirements for commercial equipment, meaning: by setting the rotary knob to a cutting thickness of '0', the blade is kept behind its guard. The slicer is secured against operation after the removal of the knife sharpener or blade guard. The device can only be locked and removed when the blade is set to a cutting thickness of '0'. Not suitable for slicing cheese. Teflon-coated blades, available separately, are required for slicing cheese. Blade diameter: 220 mm. Continuously adjustable cutting thickness up to 15 mm.
